Looking for a new condo in North York? You’ll be excited to hear that Tridel’s new Showcase Collection at TRIO at Atria now has a new floorplan available!
The new floorplan at TRIO is a 630 square foot, one-bedroom+den suite, starting from $320,500. The suite includes a parking spot and a full master ensuite and powder room. Officially named the 1F+D, the new floorplan is an open, spacious unit designed for a young working professional or a couple. Upon entry, the suite features a private den on your left and the enclosed laundry space on your right. The private den is perfect for having your own work space for those who either work from home or occassionally take work home with them. The den can also be used as a hobby room for musicians, writers, or perhaps even a space for crafts. The possibilities are endless!

The open concept kitchen/dining/living room makes for many design and decor options, and the balcony doors on the far end of the suite allow the space to be naturally lit throughout the day.
