New detached singles and semis coming to Chillico Run in Guelph!

As we mentioned in a recent blog post, Fusion Homes is a major contributor to the master-planned housing developments popping up across Guelph. Last time we zeroed in on Fusion Homes and Guelph, we were getting amped up for the new release at Enclave at Pergola in the south end. This time, we’re looking at the west side of Guelph because Fusion Homes just announced a new release at their highly successful low-rise community, Chillico Run.
On March 5th, Fusion Homes will be releasing a new collection of detached singles and semis. In the previous phase, the homes ranged from around 1,520 to 2,800 square feet, accommodating growing families and move-up buyers. With the new release, Fusion Homes will be catering to the same types of buyers. There won’t be any townhomes this time, but the selection of semis will definitely appeal to those who don’t need quite as much space as a larger family.
