New condo townhomes now available at PACE on Main in Stouffville!

Stouffville real estate is heating up as buyers in the new low-rise market scramble to secure a lot. One of the most prolific builders in Stouffville is Geranium, and they just announced that there are new condo townhomes available at PACE on Main, the first boutique condo in the heart of Stouffville.
The two-level condo townhomes range from 1,610 to 1,779 square feet with two-bedroom+den and three-bedroom floor plans. The front entry for each townhome is on Lloyd Street and there is also a second interior entrance, where there is elevator access for the building’s amenities.
A few interior features and finishes include stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, granite countertops, and laminate engineered flooring. Each townhome also comes with a storage locker and underground parking for two cars. Prices start at $749,900.
PACE on Main is a five-storey condo with a total of 64 suites and three townhomes. The timeless brick and stone exterior mirrors the traditional low-rise housing surrounding Main Street.
