Nautique Lakefront Residences in Burlington is 75% sold out!

Burlington’s most anticipated high-rise condo development, Nautique Lakeside Residences by Adi Development Group, is now 75% sold! We all know what that means - it won’t be long before we’re jumping in the car and headed west for a groundbreaking celebration.
“I think Nautique has been so successful because it pushes boundaries,” says Saud Adi, COO of Adi Development Group. “We brought together some of the best designers in the industry to bring world-class design to Burlington’s waterfront for the first time, but we’re offering it at a price point that makes sense for the market.”
Adi previewed Nautique to VIP registrants last October, and we were fortunate enough to pop in to check out the crowd of prospective purchasers and also tour the stunning model suite. In typical Adi fashion, the event was catered by local establishments and the scale model and model suite were huge hits.
Nautique’s location steps to Lake Ontario and Burlington’s incredible waterfront is enough to generate interest, but we’ll get to that. The moment you step into the model suite, it is clear that Nautique is something special. The interior design by Cecconi Simone is breathtaking.
Cecconi Simone decided to go a light, airy direction with the Nautique model suite design, which features The Norte floor plan, a 574 square foot, one+den suite. From floor to ceiling, light tones are used throughout, in the kitchen, living area, bedroom, and bathroom.
A few details that stood out to us included the waterfall kitchen island and the fact that it can seat four comfortably, the spacious upper cabinetry in the kitchen with a bi-fold door, and the built-in wall unit where your entertainment system would go. We also really liked the large sliding door that separates the bedroom from the living space, and the bathroom wall tile was very impressive.
A few other interior features and finishes at Nautique include Corian countertops, ceilings reaching up to 11’ 6”, plank laminate flooring, contemporary European custom designed cabinetry, five-piece Euro-style integrated appliance packages, and stacked washer and dryers.
When we first heard about Adi Development Group launching a new luxury condo on Burlington’s waterfront, both Tariq and Saud said that they were bringing something different to the city, something that the city had never seen before, and it looks like they were telling the truth. And the numbers are in; buyers have been won over by the high-end design and amazing location.
“The fact that the project is already 75% sold out confirms what we already know,” says Tariq Adi, CEO of Adi Development Group. “The demand for a project like Nautique is at an all-time high for downtown Burlington.”
Situated at Lakeshore Road and Martha Street, near Brant Street, Nautique is steps to the water and all the restaurants, coffee shops, and boutiques that line Burlington’s famous waterfront. We must admit, out of all the waterfronts in the 905 region, Burlington’s is one of the best. It’s well designed for pedestrians, it’s perfect for hosting big events and concerts, and the amount of mature trees really adds to the atmosphere.
Only a few units remain at Nautique Lakefront Residences
“Nautique offers a special combination of location, design, and vision. As soon as you walk into the sales centre, you can tell there’s something different being offered here and the market has responded,” says Tariq Adi.
With only about 192 suites in total at Nautique - and with it being 75% sold - time is running out to own at this landmark Burlington condo!
The grand opening of Nautique is scheduled for February 6 at 12 pm. If you want to receive an invitation, as well as more information about the available suites, then you should register today!
