Nautique in Burlington launches to VIP registrants!

Recently, Adi Development Group previewed Nautique Lakefront Residences to VIP registrants in Burlington. Though the weather wasn’t cooperating, most people braved the rain and there was a great turnout!
In typical Adi Development Group fashion, they enlisted the services of a few local eateries to provide lunch and other tasty treats for the prospective homebuyers. Pane Fresco Pizza delivered a few of their delicious pizza pies, Molly’s Cakes served up adorable Nautique branded cupcakes, and Casteleyn Chocolates had some of their best Belgian chocolates on display.
Homebuyers flocked around the scale model trying to decide whether they would still have views of the lake with a western exposure (the answer is yes). Taking a quick look at the floor plans, we’d say that a good one-third of the suites have a southern exposure, and they are obviously the ones that will be selling the quickest!
The one-bedroom, one+media and one+den plans range from 452 to 678 square feet, with prices starting in the upper $200,000s. The two-bedrooms and two+dens range from 722 to 1,316 square feet, with prices starting in the mid $400,000s.
With interiors designed by Cecconi Simone, you can expect incredible features and finishes, such as ceilings reaching up to 11’ 6”, high quality plank laminate flooring, contemporary European custom designed cabinetry in the kitchens, Corian countertops, five-piece Euro-style integrated appliance packages, and stacked washer and dryers.
The suites also offer plenty of storage space with an innovative bifold cupboard in the kitchen and large closets off the bedrooms. To experience the spaciousness and functionality of the suites, you need to walk through the model suite, which showcases The Norte floor plan.
The Norte is a 574 square foot, one+den floor plan with an open concept layout. There is one full bathroom that has an entrance from both the main living space, as well as the bedroom. This way, the bedroom has an ensuite without sacrificing closet and bedroom space.
Other features that really stand out in the model suite include the large sliding bedroom door, the built in wall unit in the living room, and the beautiful island in the kitchen, which can actually seat four people!
