Monarch Celebrates 97th Anniversary with 97-Day Closings in Ottawa

Canada’s oldest home builder is turning 97 years old. To celebrate their 97th, Monarch has a beautiful selection of homes that will be ready within 97 days! Now, we typically don’t focus on new home communities outside of the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), but this is a pretty big deal. Builders don’t come close to hitting a century every day!
Monarch is featuring three different Ottawa communities with these special closings, and of course, the prices have been slashed and thousands of dollars in upgrades are being included!
The first community is Blackstone, a Kanata community where Monarch just opened a brand new model home. There is a great choice of detached homes and townhomes available with early closings, and Monarch has knocked off about $10,000 from the prices. In some cases, like with the Neapolitan A, the price was reduced from $530,990 to 500,990, and thousands of dollars in upgrades are still included!

The second community featuring a wide selection of homes with early closings is Stonebridge. Located in Nepean, Stonebridge also features traditionally styled detached homes and townhomes. Monarch recently released the final phase of Stonebridge, so this is your last opportunity to get in on this exciting community.

The third community highlighted by Monarch’s 97th anniversary is Longfields, which is also located in Nepean. Monarch is also running an additional promotion at Longfields where they are accepting $5,000 down payments on select homes!
