Mod’rn Condominium Tops Off in Burlington!

Recently, ADI Development Group topped off their very first development, Mod’rn Condominium in Burlington.

“ It feels fantastic,” said Tariq Adi, president of ADI Development Group about topping off his first condo. “It was really heartwarming when one of our partners retold the story of how we first went to them and pitched the project. They felt the passion behind the idea and knew that it would be successful.”

When Mod’rn Condominium first launched back in November 2012, 95 percent of the units sold in just 12 hours! “There’s an appetite for great design, great location, and great product overall in Burlington,” said Adi. And the fact that Mod’rn sold so quickly when it launched proves that there is a lack of this in the city. “Burlington residents deserve the same options as Toronto residents from a quality and design standpoint.”

Speaking of Toronto, Adi confirmed that ADI Development Group has “secured something downtown.” Adi wouldn’t comment on any of the finer details, but apparently it will be located somewhere between King Street and Queen Street West. Stay tuned - we’ll be keeping a close eye on this one!

As for the remaining six units at Mod’rn, ADI Development Group is offering an “interest return on deposit program.” If you buy one of the remaining one-bedroom+dens at Mod’rn with 5 percent down, you earn 6 percent on the down payment until move-in. Plus, you will receive a free locker and six months of free television, phone, and internet! The units feature one bedroom plus a den, but these dens are huge, measuring about 12’ x 14’, so you can easily turn one of these units into a two-bedroom.
