Recently, we had the opportunity to tour the three new model suites at Cinema Tower, a Toronto condo by Daniels. We met with Dominic Tompa of City Life Realty Brokerage, who acted as our tour guide for the afternoon.

The model suites at Cinema Tower

Daniels just recently opened three model suites for touring: The Lucas, The Nolan, and The Spielberg. In case you’re no movie buff, the suites are named after directors, who have probably directed some of your favourite movies.

We grabbed a few photos of each model suite, as well as the views from the balconies (13th floor).

The Lucas

The Lucas is a one-bedroom+study suite. The indoor area is 692 square feet, and the balcony area is 99 square feet, making for a total area of 791 square feet. Tompa explained that this kitchen design is one of the favourites amongst purchasers. One of the interesting features of the kitchen is that the microwave is built into the lower cabinets, so it doesn’t take up counter space.

The Nolan

The Nolan is a two-bedroom suite, and the only one of the models that is fully furnished. The suite area is 858 square feet, and the balcony is quite spacious at 127 square feet. The total suite area is 985 square feet. Tompa said that ever since they furnished The Nolan, it has been selling the fastest out of all the remaining suites.

The Spielberg

The Spielberg is another one-bedroom+study, offering 683 square feet of living space. One of the best features of The Spielberg is that the balcony runs along one entire side of the suite, making for great views and highly usable outdoor space. The balcony size is 138 square feet, making for a total square footage of 821 square feet. As of August 19, there were only two of The Spielberg available, so you’re going to have to act fast if you think this is the one.

Tour the Cinema Tower models today!

Occupancy has commenced at Cinema Tower. There were about five units that have been moved into at the time of our visit, and people will continue to move in gradually over the coming months.

So, we just gave you a little taste of what Cinema Tower has to offer! To see the suites for yourself, all you have to do is stop by the Presentation Centre at Adelaide and Peter in downtown Toronto. Tompa also mentioned that there are just under 30 suites still available at Cinema Tower, so we recommend that you get down to that Presentation Centre pronto!
