Very exciting news - two new model homes at CountryWide Homes’ Corsica Estates at King have opened!

Corsica Estates is one of CountryWide’s most luxurious communities, and since most of their communities are more luxurious than average, these models are a must see. Of course, we headed up to Corsica Estates the very first day the two new models opened.

“The model homes have been highly anticipated for over a year and a half. They’re finally open and they look beautiful,” said Laura DeGasperis, Sales & Marketing Liaison at CountryWide Homes. “Flora Di Menna was our interior designer for both models, and because of the grandeur of the homes, we’re expecting a big crowd today.”

The Cargese

The first home we toured was The Cargese (Elevation A). At nearly 6,000 square feet, it’s probably one of the largest model homes we have ever wandered through. The Cargese features five bedrooms, plus a guest room, and six bathrooms. It is available on a 60’ lot.

One of the highlights of The Cargese is the beautifully designed kitchen. With a very long island, an impressive built-in wine refrigerator, and plenty of open space, this kitchen is perfect for entertaining.

Another feature that really stood out was the fireplace. These contemporary natural gas fireplaces will surely encourage friends and family to gather around for a quiet, intimate, winter evening.

The Calvi

The second model home is called The Calvi. It’s not as grand as The Cargese, but at over 4,500 square feet, it’s plenty of room for a large family. The Calvi features five bedrooms and five bathrooms, and is also available on a 60’ lot.

The Calvi also features a highly functional kitchen and contemporary natural gas fireplaces. What stands out in The Calvi is that the kitchen space blends seamlessly with the dining and living space, creating a communal living area that promotes family time throughout the day.
