Recently, Minto released a few great photos of the model home that just opened up at their townhome community, Caledonia Towns on the Park.

According to Minto’s blog, the model home was designed by Ida Cristello and her team. Cristello and her team approached the design process understanding that “The space needed to reflect the vibe of the neighbourhood - centrally located and young, but sophisticated as well.”

The living/dining area is the design team’s favourite aspect of the model home. The design team cleverly installed continuous flooring throughout the areas so that the dimensions of the space can be decided by the end-user.

The photos of the model home are so nice that it looks like Cristello’s team spent a bundle to decorate it, but most of their best finds came from places like Ikea, Homesense, Prima Lighting, Canadian Tire, Lowe’s, and Home Depot. This is a great example of getting that luxurious/sophisticated atmosphere in an affordable way.

The design of Caledonia Towns

The design of Caledonia Towns is a perfect mesh of timelessness and modernity.  Clay brick comprises the majority of Caledonia Towns, and is accented by chocolate brown blocks surrounding the upper floors’ windows.

Another important trait of Caledonia Towns is the strong focus on the abundance of outdoor space that Minto has created for each unit. There is plenty of room for a patio table and chairs so you and your family can take advantage of Toronto’s beautiful spring and summer months.

What’s available at Caledonia Towns

There are just 50 units at Caledonia Towns, with sizes ranging from 675 to 1,244 square feet, and floorplans available with one, two, or three bedrooms. Prices are starting in the low $300,000s.

Caledonia Towns is currently under construction, and Minto is hoping to have some move-ins early this spring!
