On Saturday May 11, 2013, the Newinhomes.com team had the pleasure of heading out to Richmond Hill to visit the Mission Hill on Bayview Presentation Centre for the community’s New Release.

When you think of St. Regis Homes’ community, Mission Hill, you think luxury - and the Presentation Centre makes sure you do.

The exterior of the Mission Hill Presentation Centre is exquisite, and resembles a mini version of a home that would fit in at Mission Hill. Upon entry, we were greeted by a wonderful and courteous staff, and then we took off on our own to explore.

The beautifully designed model kitchen on one end of the Presentation Centre was stocked with hors d’oeuvres, and one of its walls was dedicated to displaying all the different tiling from which you can choose for your flooring and backsplash.

The floorplans were mounted in gold frames, and lined the longest wall of the Presentation Centre. Overall, we found the Mission Hill Presentation Centre to be classy, luxurious, and probably the place where you’ll find your new home (If you’re looking to live in Richmond Hill).

Mission Hill in Richmond Hill

We can’t stress enough how much we love this location in Richmond Hill. Located along Bayview, just south of Elgin Mills, Mission Hill will be nestled into one of Richmond Hill’s most natural settings.

The sound of local wildlife gently scurrying through the brush will not be uncommon at Mission Hill. There is also a water system, which runs for miles all the way to Lake Ontario, that runs right by Mission Hill.

Although the setting of Mission Hill is one of tranquility, there is also a wide variety of urban neighbourhood amenities within a close proximity. Cinema’s, shopping centres, golf courses, grocery stores, and schools can all be found within minutes of your front door at Mission Hill.

What’s available at Mission Hill

Now that St. Regis Homes has announced the new release, there is an even greater selection of fabulous townhomes from which to choose. The sizes of the units span from 2,573 to 3,603 square feet, so they can easily accommodate medium and large families.

A highlight of Mission Hill that makes it stand out from your typical townhome community is the double garages. Because of a townhome’s narrow lot, it’s usually difficult to feature a double garage - but they are available at Mission Hill!

In total, there are 67 townhomes at Mission Hill. By the time we arrived for the new release, many had already sold! The number of remaining units is currently unknown, but it looks like a few blocks have already sold out!
