Minto Yorkville Park is 80% sold and demolition is underway!

About a year ago, Minto Yorkville Park launched in Toronto. Over 3,000 interested homebuyers registered in under three months, making it abundantly clear that this was a special condo development for the luxurious Yorkville neighbourhood.
Fast forward to today and Minto Yorkville Park is 80% sold and demolition at Bellair and Cumberland has begun! There is an old office building currently occupying 94 Cumberland Street, which needs to be completely removed in order for construction to begin. The demolition is being completed in a few steps, according to a recent blog post on the Minto Yorkville Park website.

First, all the non-structural components were removed, including walls and any other debris. Then an opening was cut through each floor in order to erect a crane. The crane is being used to remove all the exterior precast panels. The building will be slowly lowered to the top of the third floor.
The demolition crew will then knock down the remaining three-storey structure. Once the site has been levelled to grade, the crew will remove the foundation of the office building in order to commence the excavation and shoring of Minto Yorkville Park!

The remaining one-bedroom and two-bedroom suites at Minto Yorkville Park start from $424,990 and $705,990, respectively.
