Minto Welcomes Friends and Family at Minto Yorkville Park in Toronto

Recently, Newinhomes.com had the pleasure of attending the VIP Friends and Family Opening for Minto Yorkville Park in Toronto.
This was the exclusive first look at the beautiful presentation centre at 94 Cumberland. Minto went big, rolling out the red carpet and even hiring elevator attendees to bring you to the proper floor. The scale model building was unveiled and definitely attracted the most attention out of everything in the room. There was an even larger crowd around the model building than around the macarons and other desserts!
There were also a few suite vignettes, highlighting a stylish kitchen design, as well as an ensuite. The touchscreens mounted on the walls allowed potential homebuyers to swipe through the features and finishes, and examine a few of the new renderings that were just released.

24 Karat Living in Yorkville
“This is absolutely the best real estate location in Toronto. The building will overlook Yorkville Park and it’s a small, boutique building, unlike the some of the newer buildings that have gone up in the area. It’s going to be small and niche so we can focus more on our residents’ needs,” said Amanda Wilson Watkins, Vice President of Marketing & Sales at Minto. “There are so many new neighbourhoods in Toronto that have become popular, but Yorkville remains the pinnacle of urban living. It’s the place to see and be seen. It’s still where people come and aspire to come when they’ve made it.”
We don’t need to say much to show you how desirable the Yorkville neighbourhood is. The area speaks for itself with all its art galleries, high-end boutiques, fine dining, and intimate streetscapes. Aside from featuring some of the most luxurious and classiest residences in the city, what we really love about Yorkville is that it is still somewhat low key, even though it is so grand and noticeable on everyone’s urban radar. When you stroll the side streets of Yorkville, it truly feels like its own little village. Whether you’re just shooting downstairs for a latte at Zaza Espresso Bar or on your way to work in any one of the major office towers in the area, Yorkville just has a calming atmosphere that somehow blocks out the hustle and bustle of the city just south of Bloor.
