On August 26, 2013, Minto announced via their blog that they topped out at Minto WaterGarden in Thornhill.

To celebrate the milestone, Minto held a topping out ceremony with the hard working construction crew, and then ended the day with a big barbecue!
Minto WaterGarden now stands six storeys, and the impact that it will make on the streetscapes of Thornhill is more evident than ever.
Topping out is always a big deal for a condo development, whether it’s a five-storey building or a 60-storey one. It means the main structure is complete and the majority of the construction crew are done at the site.
