Milton Trails a focal point on Trimart Report

A big focal point to this week’s Trimart Report is Milton, the fastest growing municipality in North America.  

Milton Trails is a development that brings three recognized and established  builders together; Fieldgate Homes, Greenpark Homes and Arista Homes. They have teamed together to bring this new development to Milton, one that offers good value in one of the most sought after development areas in Ontario. 

The following is a list of some highlight projects from the Greater Toronto Area over the past month. 

Leading off this weeks Trimart Report is Greenpark homes development at Milton Trails, which witnessed 23 salesin February. Milton Trails features Townhomes ranging from 1,463-1,889 sq. ft., priced from $319,990.  It also features detached homes on 30'-38' lots, ranged from 1,658-3,014 sq. ft., priced from $355,990. 

Second on the hotlist is Arista Homes’ development at Milton Trails. It witnessed strong success in the past month with 15 sales. It features semi-detached homes ranging from 1,725 - 2,211 sq. ft.,  priced from $354,990. It also features detached homes on lots ranging from 38'-43', with sizes ranging from 1,851-3,111 sq. ft, and priced as low as $435,990.

Third on the List is Mattamy Homes “On the Boyne” development in Alliston Ontario. On the Boyne features detached homes ranging from 1,049 - 2,675 sq. ft., priced to start at $199,990. One the Boyne witnessed 15 sales in the past month.

Fourth on the List is Aspen Ridge Homes “MacLeod’s Landings”. This Richmond Hill development had 13 sales this month, and features detached homes on 45' and 50' lots, ranging from 2,425 sq. ft. to 3,351 sq. ft. Prices start at $588,990.

Fifth on the Hotlist is Harbourside, a development by Seantor Homes. Harbourside features town homes ranging from 1,221 - 2,123 sq. ft, priced from $219,990 to start. It also features detached homes on 30’ lots, and priced from $332,990. Senator Homes has seen good initial success at Harbourside, with  9 sales in the past month.
