Mattamy and Great Gulf are the BILD Home Builders of the Year!

The winners of the 38th annual BILD Awards have been announced! Every year, the Building Industry and Land Development Association (BILD) celebrates excellence in the new home building industry with regards to the achievements of builders and developers, marketing efforts, and home design.
One of the biggest winners of the evening was Tridel, receiving four BILD Awards, including Green Builder of the Year – Mid/High-Rise, Best Print Ad for Via Bloor 2, Best Luxury Suite Design for Via Bloor, and Best Design Team.
Daniels was another big winner with three awards, including Best New Community Planned/Under Development for Lighthouse East Tower, Best Non-Sale Video for their Accessibility Designed Program, and the Stephen Dupuis Humanitarian Award.
We’d also like to give a shoutout to owner of OPUS Homes, Andrea DeGasperis-Ronco for taking home the prestigious Riley Brethour Leadership Award, as well as Hugh Heron of Herity for being honoured with the Lifetime Achievement Award.
