Marlin Spring is starting construction at The Mack very soon!

We are very excited to announce that Marlin Spring has hit a new milestone at their popular development in Vaughan, The Mack. The presentation centre is now officially closed to make way for construction!
The Mack features 200 modern townhomes on a 10-acre site near Major Mackenzie and Highway 400. With the shortage of serviceable land across the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), this is one of the final desirable sites in Vaughan, and we are very excited about what Marlin Spring has planned.
Working with esteemed firms, U31 and RN Design, The Mack will be one of the most eye-catching townhome communities in the GTA. Marlin Spring is working directly with Kelly Cray of U31 to create the stunning interiors for The Mack; it’s all about clean lines, natural finishes, and functional space.
RN Design is an award-winning low-rise residential design firm located in Vaughan. With more than 50 talented designers, RN Design has a strong understanding of what the Vaughan streetscape needs to flourish.
The open-concept layouts and large windows make for airy and bright interiors. Other features and finishes that you will love include contemporary light fixtures, spa-like bathrooms and ensuites, and high quality flooring. The ensuites specifically have caught our eye with the stone walls, double vanity, and striking soaker tub.
The available townhomes at The Mack are all three-bedroom plans (some with the option for a fourth bedroom), ranging from 1,637 to 2,261 square feet. There is also a larger plan (2,366 square feet) that will be released in the near future. This range in size accommodates young couples looking for a larger home to start a family, as well as growing families in search of more space.

When we chatted with Marlin Spring COO Zev Mandelbaum last spring, he had a lot of great things to say about The Mack’s neighbourhood:
