How often do you get a second encore? On stage, it’s probably a faux pas, but when it comes to new housing developments, it’s always exciting! Especially when the developer is The Daniels Corporation and that encore happens to be the very last opportunity to own in this highly anticipated Mississauga community.

You usually have the opportunity to tour one or two floor plans, but at Daniels Encore you can see what every design looks like when fully built!

Daniels’ reputation for high quality communities and impeccable customer service obviously helped draw the crowds, but the convenient neighbourhood amenities definitely helped seal the deal.

Daniels Encore is a very short distance from Eglinton Avenue West, which is peppered with shops, restaurants, and major banks. Your daily errands can be easily accomplished with establishments like RONA, Loblaws, and the Erin Mills Town Centre nearby. The Erin Mills Town Centre is a one stop shop for the whole family, and it is currently undergoing a $100 million renovation. It’s definitely one of the amenities that makes the Erin Mills neighbourhood so popular.
