Love Condos Tops Off in Scarborough

On August 19, Newinhomes.com headed out to Scarborough to celebrate the topping off of Love Condos with Gemterra and the construction team!
While everyone mingled and enjoyed a barbecue lunch under the sun, we caught up with Yan Wang, Vice President of Gemterra, about Love Condos. “It’s very exciting, it’s a big achievement,” Wang said, about topping off Gemterra’s first condo and his first condo in Canada. “We’re delivering what we promised. We’re building a good structure, it’s topped off on time, and the next stage is to complete the finishings.”

According to Wang, occupancy will commence as early as this November/early December, and all purchasers should be completely moved in by March 2015. There are approximately 300 units at Love Condos, and about 85 percent have sold - so there’s still time for you to get in on the first phase of a very exciting Scarborough condo!
Gemterra will be collecting registrations for Phase 2 of Love Condos very soon. The second building will be located right beside Phase 1 and feature another 300 units.
