LOVE Condos: New Sales Centre Open!

Gemterra Developments recently celebrated the opening of LOVE Condominiums and Townhomes new sales centre and designer model suite with two unique events, showcasing Scarborough’s established family-oriented community.
Over 100 real estate professionals came out to hear market expert Jeanhy Shim discuss Scarborough’s position as one of the fastest growing communities in the GTA. In Scarborough, the rental market grew nearly 10% in the past year, while North York’s market shrunk and Toronto’s cooled at 1.6% growth, according to Urbanation. With such affordable real estate and relatively high cost of rent, Shim refers to Scarborough as a smart investment.
