Love Condos, a development by Gemterra Developments Corporation, is received by the city. We hypothesize that it will probably be welcomed with open arms, the way love should be!
Located near the corner of Kennedy and Sheppard on Bonis Avenue, the first phase of Love Condos will stand 20 storeys tall. Designed by Turner Fleischer Architects, the exterior will boast a modern, yet conventional and functional appearance. With a quick analysis of the renderings, it seems as if glass and precast are the main ingredients for the exterior. The subtle detailing and composed manner of the condominium will fit in perfectly with its surrounding environment.
The neighbourhood is a family friendly area with all the necessities located at convenient spots in the immediate vicinity. There are a number of schools and grocery stores, and a large variety of restaurants and coffee shops, many within walking distance!
As the conventional amenities will be surrounding the living spaces, the condo itself will house the luxurious and entertaining ones, including an indoor pool and hot tub, fitness facilities, gardens for relaxing afternoons, barbecue equipment, a television lounge, and a party room fit with a kitchen and bar.

Designed by Tanner Hill Associates, everything from the lobby to the amenity space to the units has been designed in a contemporary manner, combining luxury and comfort, producing an air of exclusivity, but at the same time creating a welcoming environment. There will be 308 units, 282 being condo spaces, and 21 being townhouses, all of which ranging between 487-860 square feet. The units feature sleek granite countertops and ceramic backsplashes in the kitchens, all of which are illuminated by the flood of sunlight allowed in by the floor-to-ceiling windows. The floor plans are intimate, but still manage to be spacious because of Tanner Hill’s amazing design.
Love Condos is still in preconstruction, but we are looking forward to the breaking of ground, which should be happening very soon. Prices for a unit at Love are starting in the low $200,000s, very affordable for the kind of lifestyle Gemterra is providing.
