LIV Communities Presents Two Brampton Master-Plans

There were nearly 5,000 new low-rise sales in Brampton last year, outselling the likes of Toronto and Oakville by thousands. It is predicted that the demand has not waned and the city will once again be one of the most popular cities in which to purchase a new low-rise home. Because of the high demand, we are very excited to see LIV Communities entering the market with two distinct developments: Casablanca and The Classics.

Another distinct practice that LIV has adopted from Landmart is the TLC program (Total Live Care), which is a step-by-step customer care service that walks homebuyers through the process of purchasing, building, and moving in, and owning their new homes. This educational process is carried out through a number of methods, including many home inspections throughout construction and afterwards, construction tours, design advice, homebuying orientation, financial advice, and much more.

The first LIV Communities master-plan is Casablanca, and Phase 1 opened recently with great success. Because of the high demand for detached living in Brampton, there is currently a lot of competition, but LIV has been standing out thanks to their outstanding customer service and beautifully designed homes.
