Exciting news for all those keeping a close eye on Adi Development Group’s LINK2 Condos + Lofts in Burlington - the grand opening is scheduled for February 7, 2015!
Newinhomes.com had a chance to chat with Tariq Adi, CEO of Adi Development, about the upcoming opening, and he told us that just through previewing, LINK2 is over 50% sold! Of course, there are a number of prospective homebuyers who have previewed the units who will be taking advantage of the grand opening to pop in and snag the unit they can’t stop thinking about. Adi also mentioned that there will be grand opening incentives that will only be available on that day - it would be a shame to miss out on a great deal!

Speaking of great deals, even without incentives, LINK2 offers some of the best value in Burlington. “With average prices for singles and semis in the neighbourhood hitting the high $800s and getting close to a million, our contemporary condos and lofts are perfect for first-time buyers. It’s an affordable, high quality option with prices in the $200s and low $300s,” Adi commented.

LINK2 features a total of 154 condo units and lofts, ranging up to 1,644 square feet. There are three types of units available: garden villas, authentic lofts, and condo units. Taking advantage of the location at Dundas and Sutton next to Bronte Creek, LINK2 is designed with two-storey window walls to take in the views. As Adi mentioned, more than 50% of these units have sold already, so you need to be in line early to have access to the widest range of options.

LINK2 giving back to the community
The LINK development has been an exciting one to watch. Both the first and second phases opened with tremendous success, and Adi Development has harnessed some of that success to give back to the community. Adi hosted two developments last year, ARTINDEX and REBOOT to raise money for the Canadian Diabetes Association (CDA). At ARTINDEX, Adi raised $7,000 for the CDA by enlisting artists from local art collective No Vacancy to live paint pieces inspired by Bronte Creek. These paintings, along with other artwork were auctioned off to raise the money. Then later in the year, Adi hosted REBOOT, an outdoor bootcamp and diabetic-friendly barbecue, where they raised more than $12,500 for the CDA.
“Diabetes impacts my family. It affects so many lives and the problem is growing. REBOOT is a way for us to promote the importance of staying active and eating right while raising funds and helping the CDA to establish a greater presence in Burlington. Diabetes impacts my family, but it also impacts our entire community,” said Tariq Adi at the REBOOT event.

The LINK2 Grand Opening!
