Link Condos + Towns in Burlington a Huge Success!
By Lucas on Nov 28, 2013
ADI Development Group recently hosted a preview launch event at the Link Condos + Towns sales centre. The event, dubbed “Dinner X Design,” combined the talents of one of Burlington’s culinary experts as well as a couple artists from No Vacancy.
Chef Matthew Kershaw of The Alex collaborated with Roland Rom Colthoff of RAW Design to come up with hors d’oeuvres inspired by the architecture of Link Condos + Towns. Needless to say, the food was a big hit!
We had an opportunity to speak with Selina Jane of No Vacancy about the two artists who were painting during the event. “No Vacancy is an art initiative out of Burlington. There’s a lot going on in Hamilton and Toronto, culturally, and we wanted to create a bit more of an art scene here [Burlington],” said Jane. “Tonight we have Sanjay Patel and Kyle Tonkens doing some live painting. Sanjay here is doing an abstract piece depicting Bronte Creek Provincial Park.” You can learn more about No Vacancy at novacancyart.com.
Of course, we also had the opportunity to speak with the President and CEO of ADI Developments, Tariq Adi. He said that they had people showing up at 11:00 in the morning saying they had appointments, which of course wasn’t the case. The final screws were still getting put in when more people showed up in the afternoon, hours before the doors were supposed to open. Once the evening rolled around, the sales centre was complete and ready to host the large crowd of prospective homebuyers.
When asked about what makes Link Condos + Towns stand out, Adi said, “It’s the location, I think it’s the design, I think it is the fact that we’re linked to nature so close to the creek. You’re not going to find that in the city of Toronto. Not to mention the product itself - it’s the finishes and everything else, and the value - you can’t argue the price.”
With over 300 people in attendance, the availability board was filling up fast. Every glance at the board showed a new red dot over a suite. We won’t be surprised if Link Condos + Towns sells out before the public opening, which is scheduled for January. This wouldn’t be the first time ADI Developments experienced quick success. When Mod’rn Condos launched last year, they sold 95% in just 12 hours!
Like Adi said, you can’t argue the prices at Link Condos + Towns, and the design is truly inspirational. If you’re looking for the condo lifestyle without the hustle and bustle of downtown, then we suggest you register now (assuming that there are any suites remaining!)
