LINK Condos by Adi Development Group is officially under construction!

Since The Mod’rn’s undeniable success, Adi Development Group’s LINK Condos development in Burlington has been the talk of the town. People didn’t realize that modern-contemporary, boutique condos could thrive in Burlington, and the Adi team made it a reality when they completed The Mod’rn. Now, the dirt is moving to bring LINK to Burlington’s booming streetscape.
Last week, we attended the official groundbreaking celebration for LINK. Adi Development President and CEO Tariq Adi, and COO Saud Adi were present with their golden shovels, which they say they are going to use for every groundbreaking going forward.
“The easy part’s done, now we gotta build the thing,” joked Tariq as he addressed the crowd of purchasers, family, friends, and media. “I want to thank you all. It’s been a fantastic opportunity for us to bring our vision to this community. We wanted to do something very special that unites what we’re doing here with the rest of the beautiful community here in the Orchard and Millcroft and Halton Village. It’s called the LINK and I always say that because it not only links the buildings, but links the entire community together, and links the city to architecture and nature.”
The celebration took place onsite in the parking lot of the LINK presentation centre at 5210 Dundas Street West in Burlington. There was a live band playing some great cover tunes, two food trucks serving up the city’s best barbecue, and even a gelato stand where guests could also indulge in an espresso. Some homebuyers brought their children to the event and there were many carnival style games available for them to play.
That’s one of the things that sets LINK apart from the typical boutique condo you would find in downtown Toronto; more families. LINK features condo units, lofts, and townhomes with available floor plans ranging from 437 to 1,473 square feet. Out of all of the available floor plans, over half of them have two or more bedrooms! There is even a four-bedroom plan available.
There are many kinds of units available at LINK, including condo units, garden villas, lofts, and townhomes. All the units come with 9’ ceilings, while the lofts have 18’ ceilings! Floor-to-ceiling windows and high quality plank laminate flooring comes standard, as well as designer kitchen cabinetry, and polished quartz countertops.
LINK also features a great collection of exclusive amenities, including a concierge service, a landscaped courtyard with garden and stone pathways, and a barbecue area with outdoor dining. Just to compare, the average maintenance fees for a downtown Toronto condo range between $0.50 and $0.57 per square foot.

As you know, the start of construction is usually followed by one last opportunity from the developer to get in on preconstruction prices. There is a wide selection of unit types available, but they won’t stick around long, so visit the LINK presentation centre as soon as possible!
