Lindvest Hosts Residents’ Reception for B.Streets Purchasers!

Recently, Lindvest hosted a special Residents’ Reception for the purchasers at B.streets Condos in Toronto. The purchaser event supplied important information to help people prepare for occupancy and was also a great opportunity for everyone to mingle with their future neighbours.
The event at Bram & Bluma Appel Salon in Toronto kicked off with a half hour of “meet-and-greet” time, where purchasers nibbled on tasty snacks and got to know one another. Then Tania Haluk of First Service Residential, the property management company at B.streets, gave a presentation, outlining a few things that the purchasers have to look forward to, such as the great amenity spaces. Haluk also explained the move-in process, what to expect in the new condo units, and mentioned a few condo rules. The presentation was followed up by a brief Q&A, and then the mingling continued!
Lindvest arranging for property management to be there was a really smart move! If you currently live in a condo, you understand how important it is to establish positive relationships with the members of the property management team. They are the ones you go to when you have any kind of issue regarding your unit or amenity space, they’re the ones that organize condo events, they’re the ones that keep things running.
There were also representatives from Bell, Rogers, and BMO in attendance to answer anyone’s questions about service offerings. Nowadays, one of the first calls you make when you move into a new home is to a service provider so you can get your internet and cable up and running.
