Life Towns by Branthaven is coming to Winona this spring!

This spring, Branthaven Homes is bringing their successful contemporary townhome models to Winona with the new community, Life Towns. Offering city style in a country setting, Life Towns provides you and your family with the perfect life balance.
Life Towns will feature two- and three-storey townhomes; both conventional and rear lane models will be available. In total, there will be 77 units, all of which feature three-bedroom floor plans with large kitchens, breakfast bars and islands, and master suites with sitting areas and spacious walk-in closets.
The Life Towns units also come with Branthaven trademarked Fresh Thinking features at no extra cost! The Fresh Thinking features and finishes differ from community to community, so we’re not sure which ones will be offered at Life Towns yet, but some possibilities include tablet mounts in the kitchen, USB charging outlets, pull-out garbage and recycling bins, and cutlery roller drawers.
