Penny Lane Estates

Penny Lane Estates has made quite the impression in Stoney Creek. Phase 1 has been a huge success and there are only a few inventory homes remaining. Phase 2 of Penny Lane Estates has launched, with 33’, 36’, and 40’ singles available - also, Landmart has opened four model homes on the site. Prices for a new home in Penny Lane Estates are starting in the high $200,000s.

 

Cherrywood Estates

Cherrywood Estates is another one of Landmart’s communities that is well underway, with over 90% of the units sold. This fantastic Grimsby community featured a number of different lot sizes, but only the 45’ ones remain. Prices are starting in mid $400,000s at Cherrywood Estates, but you’re going to have to act fast to get in on this one!

 

Escarpment Estates

This fairly new community is also located in Grimsby. Escarpment Estates features 40’, 41’, 45’, and 50’ lots for single homes, as well as bungalows. There is still a great selection of home models available at Escarpment Estates, but with prices starting in the high $300,000s, they won’t stick around long - so act fast!

Meadowlands

Meadowlands is Landmart’s prized Ancaster community, where luxury is the name of the game. Right now, there’s a series of townhomes and singles available with 33’, 36’, 40’, and 46’ lots. Landmart recently announced that a new phase is coming soon to Meadowlands, which will feature brand new freehold towns. Prices at Meadowlands are starting in the mid $300,000s - a great deal!

Kaleidoscope
