Kylemore Communities Opens Village Gate in Markham

Last weekend, Kylemore Communities was joined by mayor Frank Scarpitti, members of council and other VIPs to celebrate the grand opening of Village Gate, a new collection of executive residences in the Angus Glen master-plan in Markham.

Village Gate is comprised of 56 luxury detached homes on 50’ lots along the edge of the south course of the renowned Angus Glen Golf Club. The four- and five-bedroom homes range from 3,100 to 4,340 square feet and boast an impressive selection of premium features and finishes.

The Dublin Model is five years old, and while the decor was still beautiful, Kylemore felt it was time for an update. “For the first time in our history we made the decision to renovate an existing Model Home, even though the décor and furnishings still looked great. We believe it is important to showcase the newest and most desirable finishes, and it may become a new business venture for us,” explained O’Hanlon.
