KSquare Condos in Scarborough is now under construction!

A population boom is about to happen in Scarborough, and KSquare Condos by Kingdom Developments is kickstarting it all!

The area from Kennedy Rd. to Hwy 401 is about to see a huge boost in activity. There’s the three-stop subway extension with stops at Lawrence East, Scarborough Town Centre, and McCowan Rd., and the upcoming SmartTrack will connect residents with downtown Toronto. Plus there’s already the Agincourt GO and Sheppard East LRT in the neighbourhood.
