Kingmeadow Wins Three DRHBA Awards of Excellence

Awards season treated Minto well this year. Not only did they win four BILD Awards last week, their Kingmeadow community in North Oshawa also won three Durham Region Home Builders’ Association (DRHBA) Awards of Excellence!
Kingmeadow, one of Minto’s detached and townhome projects, won Best New Home Design - Production Built (under 1,600 sq. ft.), Best Sales Centre, and the prestigious 2014 Community of the Year.

The first residents of Kingmeadow are moving in, and demand for new housing in this area of Oshawa is still growing quickly. To respond to the strong demand, Minto recently released five more Traditional towns and 24 Bridle towns.
The Bridle towns range from 1,068 to 1,404 square feet, while the Traditional towns range from 1,775 to 2,016 square feet.
