The King Country Summer Fair in Nobleton

On Saturday July 6, 2013, the Newinhomes.com team headed out to Nobleton to attend the King Country Summer Fair, put on by CountryWide Homes, Aspen Ridge Homes, and Rosehaven Homes.
Fun and games at King Country Estates
To celebrate the beginning of summer, CountryWide, Aspen Ridge, and Rosehaven threw a big party at the Presentation Centre grounds of King Country Estates. Purchasers, registrants, locals, and other interested parties came out for an afternoon of fun and games.
Children were getting their face painted and jumping around in the bouncy castle. Balloons were handed out, and live music livened up the party. There was also no shortage of tasty snacks - ice cream, bakery fresh pizza, cookies, hot dogs, and much more was available!
The sun was out, model homes were toured, and it looked like everyone was having an amazing time.

At the King Country Summer Fair, we had the opportunity to catch up with Laura DeGasperis, the Sales & Marketing Liaison at CountryWide Homes. “There’s going to be a plaza right across the way. It’s going to be a beautiful medical centre that’s going to have doctors’ offices, we’re going to have a few pediatricians, and maybe a small bakery. And, there will be underground parking, which will be really great for the area. Down the street, they built the No Frills and there’s a few other restaurants coming in as well,” DeGasperis commented about the evolving area.
