King Blue: Sneak Preview Event!

On Oct. 16, there was a very exciting “VIP Friends and Family Event” at the King Blue Condos Sales Centre. All members of the King Blue team were in attendance, including Steve Gupta and Reetu Gupta of the Easton’s Group. It was a marvelous night of colourful beverages, breakdancers, music, and fashion.
The King Blue Sales Centre is located at 355 King St. West, and it may seem unassuming at first glance, but what passersby don’t realize is that the Sales Centre actually comprises the majority of the first floor of the historical Westinghouse, from which King Blue will eventually rise.
The main foyer is vast and dark, drawing your eye to the glow of the hallway across the room. The hall would also be dark if not for the illuminated words sprawled across the walls, floor, and ceiling; depicting the ingredients of King Blue’s essence.
The night started out with mingling and drinks, then remarks were made by influential figures, such as Barbara Lawlor of Baker Real Estate, Steve Gupta, and Reetu Gupta. A fashion show featuring Reetu Gupta’s fashion line, Maya by Reetu Gupta, followed the remarks, and then the night continued on with more drinks and probably some more condo purchasing!
King Blue was designed by Page + Steele/IBI Group Architects, and the interiors are by the renowned firm Munge Leung. With more than 800 units ranging from 400 to 1,100 square feet, and an array of luxurious amenities, including an expansive rooftop garden, we are certain that King Blue will sell quickly! Oh, and did we mention that prices are starting in the mid $200,000s — a crazy deal for one of Toronto’s most desirable locations.
