July: Summer in the City!
By Lucas on Jul 02, 2014
Toronto’s summer may not be long, but we know how to make the most of it. Every summer, thousands of tourists from either south of the border or outside the Greater Toronto Area make their way downtown to experience the best that Toronto has to offer. Well, we’re going to spend this month showing everyone why they should be calling downtown ‘home sweet home,’ with our new blog theme: Summer in the City!
Our Walkability series has highlighted numerous Toronto neighbourhoods, but this month we’re zeroing in on the smaller details that make our downtown the best in the country. We’ll be focusing on new and popular restaurants and cafes, summer festivals and events, the best places for outdoor activities, new park openings, and much more!
Of course, along with highlighting specific downtown amenities, we’ll be discussing all the new condos in the immediate vicinity of them. The reason condos are so convenient in the winter is because you don’t have to shovel or chip away at ice on your windshield, but in the summer, condo life changes drastically. Outdoor amenities like pools and rooftop lounges open, and you’re usually only an elevator ride or a stairwell away from a bustling patio.

We’re looking forward to making this summer an amazing one with you! Stay tuned for a bunch of exciting features.
