Lighthouse Tower East will rise 36 storeys at Queens Quay and Richardson Street, just east of Lower Jarvis, across the street from Sugar Beach. The facade will be punctuated by staggered balconies, mimicking the waves of Lake Ontario, with wide expanses of masonry and glass.

The “clean, crisp and cool interiors” will have smart layouts that emphasize form and function, ensuring you can take advantage of every square inch of space. The model suite for the first phase (Lighthouse Tower), was pretty amazing, so we imagine Daniels will continue this contemporary look throughout the east tower.

As far as building amenities go, we’re only aware of the 24-hour concierge. Daniels is well known for their innovative and unique condo amenities, so we’re excited to hear what Lighthouse Tower East has to offer.

You can now join the Inner Circle Program for Lighthouse Tower East so you can be among the first to receive new information.

Here’s how it works: You pay a one-time fee of $500 to join the Inner Circle Program. This fee is applied to the purchase price of your suite. If you decide not to buy, then the fee is fully refunded, no strings attached!

Once you’ve joined the Inner Circle, you will have the first choice of suites, floors, and views before the general public. You will receive invites to the first advanced sale, as well as to other exclusive Daniels events. And you will have access to additional insider info that only Inner Circle members have.

There is the option to register for a public opening of Lighthouse Tower East, and there will surely be a wide selection of amazing suites, but if you want the widest selection possible, then you should join the Inner Circle Program.

Here’s an example; if you really want a southern exposure so you can enjoy the calming views of the lake, then you can guarantee you will have access to these suites first by joining the Inner Circle.
