Ivory on Adelaide: Now Selling!

Without a doubt, we have to say that Plaza Corp is one of the most prolific developers in the Greater Toronto Area. They constantly have a number of projects in the works, with each one changing the face of Toronto in a spectacular way. This week, we would like to highlight one of Plaza’s latest developments, Ivory on Adelaide.
Ivory is all about finding the perfect balance between luxury and comfort. This is partly achieved with the brilliant design by none other than the internationally acclaimed firm, Hariri Pontarini Architects. The innovative design is certainly a tweak on the traditional glass-box condominium, but it is tweaked in all the right directions. Still in the preconstruction phase, Ivory is planned to rise over 19 storeys in a contemporary fashion. Inspired by the carving of elegant forms out of ivory, the building will boast an asymmetrical design, consisting of empty air, creating a graceful dynamic between the structure, the residence, and the environment.

There are so many condominium developments planned for the area; we have many rising in Corktown, the St.Lawrence area, the Distillery District, and a few planned for the West Don Lands. Some of the interior features and finishes include granite countertops, hardwood flooring, whirlpool appliances, marble and porcelain tiling, and a terrace, balcony, or patio for every unit.
