The time has almost come - the five builders launching Whitby’s largest new home selection will soon be accepting booking for purchasing appointments.
Whitby Meadows by Arista Homes, DECO Homes, Fieldgate Homes, OPUS Homes, and Paradise Developments will open on October 28th to appointment holders only.
The community features 30’ and 36’ detached homes, semis, and freehold townhomes. The detached homes will start from the mid $700,000s, the semis from the low $700,000s, and the townhomes from the upper $500,000s.
It’s easy to understand why Whitby Meadows is such a highly anticipated community among all types of buyers.
