The IDS Toronto opening party tonight goes from 7 pm to 11 pm. Tickets online are $56, but it is $61 at the door. A portion of the ticket sales will support Habitat for Humanity Greater Toronto Area (GTA). The next day is Professional Trade Day, so if you’re in the industry, that’s when you’ll want to attend.
Saturday and Sunday are consumer days, focusing on international inspiration and house and home decor. Whether you’re buying a new home, renovating, or simply redecorating, the weekend speakers will offer interesting insights.

SkyCity 2 is under construction next to the York Transit Hub in Richmond Hill City Centre, and now is your final opportunity to own. Suites range from 640 square feet to more than 1,000 square feet. A few of the interior highlights are Caesarstone or granite countertops, wide-plank pre-finished engineered flooring, and quality built-in appliances.
If a connected community next to the GO is of interest to you, check out Indigo Condos in Maple. Act soon to take advantage of preconstruction pricing! Suites range from 850 to 1,165 square feet, and there are also townhomes available in sizes from 1,290 to 1,590 square feet. Some of the interior features and finishes include ensuite baths with a frameless glass enclosure walk-in shower, stainless steel energy efficient appliances, smooth 9’ ceilings, and 5” wide premium laminate flooring.
In the trendsetting Queen West neighbourhood, known for edgy design, Pemberton’s Ten93 Queen West Condos is under construction on the corner of Queen and Dovercourt. Only a handful of suites remain. Custom-style kitchens feature cabinetry, complete with a pantry and broom cupboard, quartz countertops with ceramic tile backsplash and work surface lighting create a sleek and functional space.
Only three exquisite homes remain at The Urban Townhome Collection, Bloor-Yorkville’s fastest selling luxury townhomes, where prices start from $2.5 million. For awe inspiring design, tour the Lori Morris model at this weekend’s Open House.

Mills Square by Pemberton
So far, Pemberton has announced three new condo communities that are scheduled to launch this year: Mills Square in Mississauga, Time and Space at Front and Sherbourne, and later this spring, YongeParc in Richmond Hill.
Mills Square will rise to 18 storeys, across from Erin Mills Town Centre. The open concept designs will include 71/2” wide laminate flooring, smooth 9’ ceilings, custom-quality kitchens with extra-tall uppers and full-size appliances, as well as spa-inspired bathrooms and stacked washer and dryer. Prices will start from the $300,000s.
Time and Space will reimagine the Front and Sherbourne neighbourhood in downtown Toronto. This community will become a unique destination situated between Toronto icons such as the St. Lawrence Market and The Distillery District. More information is coming soon!
