INDX Condos: Coming Soon!

When it comes to well functioning partnerships, the one between Lifetime Developments and CentreCourt Developments is a perfect example.
They have made a big splash with their latest project, INDX Condos, a high-rise development planned for 70 Temperance Street in Toronto, near the corner of Bay and Adelaide. Lifetime and CentreCourt took the site and just ran with it. Everything they have brought to the table is top notch. The location is perfect, the design - flawless, and the list of amenities - endless.

Designed by Page + Steele Architects, the tower is planned to rise 54 storeys in a modern-contemporary fashion, consisting mostly of glass and steel, and will sit on a precast podium. The design of the podium is impressive because it seamlessly blends in with the existing buildings in the area, matching heights and detailing. Being situated in the Financial District, the design is luxurious and functional - Page + Steele accomplished this with simple rectangular indenting on the facades. This detailing will also subtly complement the neighbourhood, while still allowing the tower to stand out along the skyline.
Besides boasting a unique design and being surrounded by Toronto’s finest, INDX will also feature its own impressive list of amenities, including well-equipped workout facilities, an expansive outdoor terrace, multiple lounge spaces, a golf practice room, a games room with billiards, a poker room with a fireplace, a library, and the list continues!
The interiors reach the height of luxury and comfort. Designed by the renowned firm, Cecconi Simone, the units will range between 356 and 820 square feet, featuring floor-to-ceiling windows, engineered wood flooring, contemporary kitchens, and stone countertops. Communal areas will be modern and high-class, designed for socializing, perfect for the mingling of young professionals and the city’s up-and-comers.
INDX Condos is scheduled for completion by 2015 and is currently in the registration phase.
