Incredible new selection of homes coming to Whitby Meadows this April!

The opening was well managed and orderly, so even though there was a huge crowd, there was no sense of urgency. Everyone had plenty of time to browse the different models, check out the site table, and talk with a sales representative.

There was also a great story about a couple that purchased with Fieldgate and got engaged right after!

“Whitby is where I grew up and where we wanted to raise our kids so we were so excited when we first heard about Whitby Meadows! The location is great because it is so close to so many great schools, there is lots of shopping nearby and we will be much closer to friends and family,” said the purchaser.
