In2ition Realty Opening Presentation Centre in Hong Kong
By Lucas on Nov 19, 2013
Recently, In2ition Realty Brokerage announced that they will be expanding their services internationally with a permanent state-of-the-art presentation centre in Hong Kong.
In2ition is giving Canadian residential developers the opportunity to directly market their new projects to foreign investors. They have had staff in Hong Kong since December 2012, establishing connections within the broker community and setting up the presentation centre. Once the Hong Kong presentation centre is open, In2ition will be the first new home sales and marketing team to establish permanent roots in this dynamic Asian marketplace.
“The idea came from a series of sales tours we performed through various Asian cities to sell Toronto condominium developments. We had some success, but we realized to maximize success, we needed to open a full time presentation centre,” said Debbie Cosic, President of In2ition Realty.
In2ition learned that homebuyers in Hong Kong love downtown Toronto, downtown Vancouver, downtown Calgary - just major downtowns in general. Proximity to major transit lines is very important to Asian investors, as well as access to good schools.
“We’re creating a one-stop shop for investors,” Cosic said, explaining that the presentation centre will also serve as an information centre where investors can learn about taxation, immigration, Canadian mortgages, educational facilities, and more.
The presentation centre is sleek, modern and interactive, giving investors a good impression of the quality to expect in a Canadian home. There will be three 42” touchscreen monitors, which will run on the latest Windows 8 software, allowing interested parties to easily browse the vast selection of units.
The first sales program at In2ition’s Hong Kong presentation centre will feature about 10 different developments, including Amacon’s master-plan in Mississauga, a Kylemore project, a FRAM development in Calgary, and a few more that are being finalized. The majority of the developments are located in downtown Toronto and downtown Mississauga. In2ition designs a unique marketing strategy for each project to appeal to the Asian investors.
At 40 Bonham Strand, very close to the MTR Subway Station, In2ition’s presentation centre is centrally located and easily accessible. In2ition is really taking it to the next level to make Canadian developments available for foreign investment.
Construction on the presentation centre was completed about two weeks ago, and Cosic is predicting that the first sales program will commence in a few weeks from now.
We wish the best of luck to the entire In2ition team!
