Hundreds Line Up for the Grand Opening of Impressions

As expected, the Phase 3 grand opening of Impressions in Kleinburg by Arista Homes, Fieldgate Homes, and Paradise Developments was a huge success!
Earlier in May, we posted about the upcoming Phase 3 grand opening and predicted that the parking lot would fill up well before opening hours and cars would have to start lining up along Hwy 27, just like the Phase 2 grand opening a year ago. Well, we arrived at Impressions at 10 am, a good hour before the doors were supposed to open, and we pulled into the parking lot only to have to reverse all the way out and join the line of cars on Hwy 27.
After making our way down the highway to the sales centre, we caught up with Jim Andrews, Director of Sales and Marketing at Fieldgate Homes, and he told us that a few of the people in their line up showed up on the Friday before the Saturday opening. One of the purchasers actually showed up at 7 am on May 29th to ensure he was the first in line on opening day. As soon as the doors opened, the man and his wife were the first to enter the Fieldgate sales centre and they were the first to purchase that morning!
Each builder had huge line ups outside of the sales centres, people paced in the parking lot making calls to their significant others, children waited impatiently while their parents selected their favourite lot and elevation, and all the sales teams were kept busy all morning and afternoon.
The special thing about the Phase 3 release at Impressions was the amount of park and conservation lots available. Regarding the amount of homes released, this was the smallest release yet at Impressions, and the demand for lots next to protected green space is so strong that there was definitely a sense of urgency in the air. Maybe it was just the way the pre-storm light was hitting the windows, but we’ve never seen more handprints on sales centre windows. Oh yeah, we can’t forget to mention the torrential downpour that barely fazed the buyers.
Arista’s Impressions collection includes 28’ lane semis, as well as 30’, 38’, 44’ detached homes. Fieldgate released a wide selection of 30’, 38’, and 44’ detached homes, with prices starting in the upper $600,000s (NOTE: there were many sales on May 30th, so the starting price may be higher at the time of this writing). Paradise features single detached homes on the same size lots as Fieldgate and Arista, and they also have a collection of townhomes and semis.
The Impressions in Kleinburg Phase 3 grand opening was very busy, but there are still many amazing homes available in the community! The grand opening has continued into this week, so we highly recommend visiting the Impressions sales centres at Hwy 27 and Major Mackenzie Drive West. The sales centres are open 1 pm to 8 pm Monday to Thursday and 11 am to 6 pm on the weekend.
Each builder also has a beautiful model home available for touring. The opening of the models was one of the biggest reasons that Phase 2 of Impressions sold so quickly.
