On Saturday May 18, 2013, the Newinhomes.com team headed out to Brampton to stop by the Preview Opening of Your Home Developments’ latest community, Howden Woods.

The Howden Woods Presentation Centre

From the outside, the Howden Woods Presentation Centre looks like any other, but the interior blew us away. On one side of the Presentation Centre, there’s a model kitchen, as well as a model den, with a few samples of features and finishes mounted on the wall. Then along the rest of the walls are the floorplans and elevations, presented beautifully on glass.

Besides being spacious, elegant, and well designed, the Howden Woods Presentation Centre also featured a television which played a virtual tour of the Howden Woods community, as well as one of the townhomes.

As we toured the Presentation Centre, a line of the very first appointments began to form outside the door. It was going to be a busy day for the folks at Howden Woods.

Howden Woods in Brampton

Located at Dixie Rd. and Howden Blvd. in the heart of Brampton’s Bramalea neighbourhood, Howden Woods will be surrounded by some of the best that Brampton has to offer. The most notable convenience is that the Bramalea City Centre will be within walking distance of your front door. All the shopping, dining, and services you could ever imagine will be easily accessible by foot.

Although the Bramalea City Centre is nearby and you have all the amenities that you need, Howden Woods will still be encompassed by a vibrant natural environment. Parks, trees, walking trails - it’s all there waiting for you at Howden Woods.

What’s available at Howden Woods

At Howden Woods, Your Home Developments is offering 81 urban-style homes. These luxurious stacked townhomes are very different in comparison to what you normally find in Brampton, but they’re different in the best way! The homes almost have a Victorian feel to them, so they will truly enhance the streetscapes of Brampton.

Each section has a bungalow unit on the main floor, and then there are two two-storey units on top, one occupying the front half, and the other occupying the back. Sizes at Howden Woods range from 934 to 1,218 square feet. We were told that there are 81 units available, but we aren’t aware of how many sold over the weekend, so the number of remaining units is unknown!
