Homes by DeSantis will be introducing an unprecedented “$10,000 Any Way You Like It” Program in Beamsville Ontario, making first time home buying more affordable. The program will give homebuyers a choice of how they’d like to use $10,000 when purchasing a Freehold Townhome at
Lincoln Square in Beamsville, Ontario.
“The “$10,000 Any Way You Like It” Program is designed to help more first time buyers get into the real estate market and purchase that first home to start building equity,” explains Gabriel DeSantis, President of Homes by DeSantis. “Homebuyers can choose from our many different savings programs. These two programs mean that payments on a Freehold Townhome at Lincoln Square would amount to just $640 bi-weekly. This amount includes principal and interest and is based on a 5 year, variable rate at 3.99%, amortized over 25 years.
