One of the most highly anticipated new home communities in Kleinburg is Impressions by Arista Homes, Fieldgate Homes, and Paradise Homes. In fact, it’s probably fair to say that Impressions is one of the most exciting communities in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) after last weekend’s new release.
The new release officially opened at 11 am on Saturday, May 24, but potential homebuyers were lined up well before and the parking lot filled up very quickly. By the time the doors of the sales centres opened, there was a line of parked cars stretching north along the shoulder of Hwy 27, and the line just kept getting longer as the afternoon continued.
