Homebuilder To Give The Gift Of 200 Turkeys

Fairgate Homes announced today that it will host an event on Saturday, December 8th at the Fairfield Village Presentation Centre. This event is taking place to celebrate the season and to thank local Sunderland residents for their continued support.
As a special thank you, and as a way of giving back to the community, Fairgate Homes is presenting the first 200 residents with a free turkey (event is while quantities last, first come first served). Other guests will be treated to hot chocolate, coffee and sweets, provided by Katie’s Coffeehouse, a local, independently owned café and catering business. Turkeys have been supplied by a local grocer, Flindall’s Freshmart.
Guests are encouraged at the event to ‘Talk Turkey’ with representatives and to discover anew the unique town of Sunderland, which is home to art galleries, fine cafes and restaurants and lovely early Ontario architecture. As well, as a small, close-knit community, Sunderland offers a great country atmosphere, small town friendliness, a well-equipped arena and fairgrounds, and a public school just across the street from Fairfield Village.
This event takes place the same day the Sunderland Santa Claus Parade, happening at 6:30 pm on River Street. Visitors are encouraged to ‘make a day of it’ and visit the local shops and restaurants and stay for the parade.
