The Township of Fergus now has another new community open to eager purchasers - Granite Homes recently unveiled Heritage Lane, a private enclave of stunning detached homes.
Heritage Lane features 22 detached homes with a good mix of bungalow and two-storey models. In addition to the 22 homes, Granite Homes is restoring and renovating the Stone Manor House, which is an existing century home on the site that will serve as the centrepiece of the community.
Inspired by the historical architectural design of the Stone Manor House, the homes of Heritage Lane will boast a tasteful mix of traditional styling and a touch of old-world charm. The two-storey homes range from 2,189 to 2,673 square feet and feature three- and four-bedroom plans (mostly four-bedrooms). Since there are more bedrooms in the two-storey models, homebuyers looking to move up to accommodate a growing family have shown interest in them. These models start from $539,990.
