Here’s your sneak peek of the new renderings for Glen Ridge Estates!

One of the most highly anticipated new luxury home communities on everyone’s radar right now is Glen Ridge Estates in Aurora, which will be opening in early June! Recently, Fairgate Homes and OPUS Homes sent us a sneak peek of two new renderings of the detached homes at Glen Ridge Estates, which we are now sharing with you!

The first collection of luxury detached homes at Glen Ridge Estates features stucco, brick, and stone elevations with elegant detailing, such as wrought iron railings, metal roofs, decorative keystones, and soaring windows with ravine views. Each lot will have two elevation options, making for a distinct and unique streetscape.

The rendering Fairgate Homes shared with us is of a 4,742 square foot model on a 60’ lot (image above). Inspired by European styling, the home features extra-height coffered ceilings, art niches, and an open-concept, sun filled kitchen and family room.

This 60’ detached home also has a master retreat “fit for royalty,” with an optional terrace, a large wardrobe, and a spa-like ensuite with a spacious glass shower and deep freestanding soaker tub. The master retreat ensures that the beginnings and endings of your days are carried out with sophistication and high class comfort.

OPUS Homes' sneak peek

OPUS Homes selected a whimsical 50’ design to share with us. This 4,248 square foot estate will impress upon entry thanks to its grand foyer and stunning curved staircase. If you have a large book collection, then you will appreciate having a roomy library with a two-sided fireplace. This space can also be used as a den or home office.

If you do end up using the library area as your reading getaway, don’t worry, there is a private study off the master-bedroom that can be decorated as a work space. Can a home have too many two-sided fireplaces? The answer is no. There is another two-sided fireplace in the master ensuite! Also, families with more than a couple drivers will really appreciate the two-car garage with tandem parking.
