Heathwood starts a spoooky tradition at Traditions

The season of ghosts and goblins is upon us, and Heathwood Homes has a spooky treat in store at Traditions in Milton. On Halloween Day (Sunday, October 31st), from 4 to 5 p.m., you are invited to stop by with the kids at the Traditions Sales Centre, which will become a friendly haunt for children to kick off their candy-collecting capes. After this special Halloween Storytelling event for kids of all ages, the little trick-or-treaters can be on their way for a fun evening.
The Heathwood team is passionate about building a sense of belonging as well as homes, and so the Sales Centre is doing double duty by turning into a familiar gathering place for residents of this beautiful master-planned community. Many of the special events that take place there throughout the year are for children, such as holiday craft sessions, cooking classes and even summer camp experiences. This helps kids feel at home in their new community, and encourages the forging of new friendships. The Sales Centre also features a Residents Corner where homeowners can enjoy a coffee and post their own events and offerings on the local bulletin board.
Heathwood's master plan at Traditions includes a park, village square, woodlot, walking trails and bicycle paths. Families can also walk into downtown Milton to access its many amenities, and each Traditions household receives a Residents Club Card, which entitles owners to special discounts at local shops and service providers.
Already home to hundreds of families, Traditions is now in Phase II, with luxurious townhomes and semis available. You will also find a limited selection of detached homes available on 36' and 43' lots. Ask about quick move-in homes priced from just $349,900.
Adults who want a Halloween treat can tour the four gorgeous Bryon Patton-appointed model homes. The Traditions Sales Office is on Main Street, just ½ km west of Bronte Street. For more information, call 905-876-3140 or visit www.heathwood.com.
