Happy Friday everyone! If you’re looking for a new home in Brampton and you’re also looking for a fun way to spend your Saturday afternoon with the family, then you're in luck. The Daniels Corporation is hosting a celebration at Daniels Evermore in Brampton on October 18 to open a brand new model home.
Not only will you be amongst the first to tour the new model home at Daniels Evermore, there will also be balloon animals, tasty treats (like pumpkin pie!), henna tattoos, pumpkin decorating, and much more!
The homes of Daniels Evermore
Daniels is offering an extensive selection of homes at Daniels Evermore, including condominium townhomes, semi-detached homes, and ravine lot singles. The townhomes are available in a variety of three-bedroom floorplans, with prices starting in the low $400,000s. The semis feature three- and four-bedroom plans and prices start in the mid $500,000s. The singles, which offer ravine walkouts, come in three-, four-, and five-bedroom plans, and prices start in the low $700,000s.
The homes range in size from just over 1,600 square feet to more than 3,200 square feet, and boast an array of impeccable interior features and finishes. The semis and singles offer 9’ main floor ceilings, oak staircases, finished basements with three-piece bathrooms, and much more. The townhomes feature ceramic tile, 9’ ceilings (in the three-storey towns), and energy saving, high efficiency fixtures.

Daniels Evermore is already under construction. Recently, Daniels hosted a construction tour for homeowners and prospective homebuyers. “The townhome construction tour really helped visitors envision the livability of our designs in this convenient setting at the southeast corner of Castlemore Road and McVean Drive, close to an array of amenities for growing families,” said Daniels Vice President Don Pugh.

Castlemore was originally bordered by expansive farmland, and it has since been developed and the forested areas, such as Etobicoke Creek and West Humber River, have been preserved.
